

Jonathan Samuel Brostoff, Writer/Director
​​Jonathan grew up in the suburbs of Southern California. He received his Bachelor of Arts from Chapman University in 2010 with a degree in Theatre Directing and a Minor in Creative Writing. Searching for an international perspective on the film industry, he chose to attend the London Film School, where in Spring 2014 he graduated with a Masters Degree in Filmmaking. He has directed and produced short films in both the United Kingdom and the U.S., and also written & directed for the stage.

Antonio Duran, Producer
​​Antonio is a producer from Spain with a background in theatre, photography and the production of events and shows. With a degree in photo-journalism and five years of professional production experience in General de Producciones y Diseño (Spain), he started his MA in Filmmaking at the London Film School in 2011. With a focus on production, he has been lead Producer on four short films, as well as assisting in several others.

Astrid Carlen-Helmer,
Director of Photography
​​Astrid Carlen-Helmer is a cinematographer who graduated with dual degrees in Film Studies and Modern Literature in France, before studying for a year at UCLA Film School. As a Director of Photography, she has worked on several short movies, both on digital and film formats, displaying her range as a visual storyteller. She gets most excited about color palettes and zoom lenses.

Mark Khalife, Camera Operator
​​Mark Khalife is a cinematographer based in London. His credits include the short animation An Unfortunate Tale (dir. Lama Sawaya, 2009), the short documentary Txoria (dir. Mikel Gurrea, 2012) and the narrative short The Mentor (dir. Sandra Tabet, 2013). He is currently finishing his MA degree at the London Film School.

Alyssa Kym Stratton, Production Designer
​​Alyssa is a production designer interested in narrative and character development told through the use of color and space. Having tried her hand in just about every aspect of filmmaking at the London Film School she found Production Design most conducive to her style of visual storytelling. Alyssa considers the relationship between space, color and lighting a key element of her approach to design.

Ian Irwin, Sound Recordist
Ian grew up in Pleasanton, CA and went on to earn his degree in Radio, Television & Film from San Jose State University, Class of 2012. He now lives and works in Los Angeles, CA as a freelance Sound Recordist.

Ricardo A. Rosario Jr.,
1st Assistant Director/Unit Production Mgr.
​​A New Jersey native, Ricardo came to Los Angeles by way of a Film & TV Business summer course at USC. Ricardo obtained an undergraduate degree in Business with a concentration in Marketing and Finance from Seton Hall University (2011). His past experiences include working at NBCU/Telemundo as an Affiliate Relations Analyst, working on various commercial/film PA jobs, and independently working as a Production Manager and Producer.

David Herrera, 1st Assistant Director
​​David was born in a hard-knocks neighborhood in East Los Angeles, and film was his way out. He has been writing scripts for both film and stage since he was just a toddler. In 2007 he wrote and directed the short film, Jane is Over There, which developed a small cult following. His work on student and independent shorts include: One 20, Brash, and Madison.
